Fresh from our friends at Kwee-Jack Fish Co. This Wild-caught salmon & halibut comes directly from Bristol Bay Alaska. Just like Forage Creek, these guys believe in following nature and harvesting these salmon at their peak freshness, once per year during the salmon run in July.
