WHERE ARE YOU GETTING YOUR MEAT?

That's simple, we raise it! We sell only proteins that we have raised ourselves on our ranch in Tremonton, Utah. We do not outsource any of our production, or resell anyone else's animals. This is the way we can ensure the absolute best quality proteins. We do partner with other awesome producers to offer cheese, and other great products that meet our standards.

WHAT IS PASTURE-RAISED?

Our animals are raised out on pasture, 24/7. Eating grass, acting like nature intended. It makes a huge difference in the health of the proteins we provide.  

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

Due to local demand, we no longer have available stock to ship Nationally. Our goal is to ensure that we provide the highest quality proteins to our local community. We offer delivery of our bulk orders to Northern Utah. 

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?

Delivery is available for any order over $250. We deliver in the following counties in Northern Utah: Cache, Box Elder, Weber, Davis, Morgan, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah, Summit.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If you've selected an item that is "Available Now," we will contact you shortly to schedule pickup or delivery.  Preorder shares of Beef will be ready Mid August 2020. Sheep are expected to be ready End of October 2020. Chicken is expected to be ready around the First of October 2020.

CAN I BUY JUST A FEW PACKAGES?

We always try to keep some in stock. Our website is always updated with our current inventory.

WHY PURCHASE BY HANGING WEIGHT?

Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after the internal organs, hide, head and feet have been removed. Because you get to choose your cuts, the final "retail" weight will depend on the cuts you choose.
