Our pasture-raised, grass-fed lamb is a beautiful protein. We raise a heritage hair sheep which produces rich meat, without the strong lanolin flavor of wool sheep. Each half lamb box includes approximately the following, but can vary:
Lamb Chops - 7 packs Approx 1lb Each
Ground Lamb - 5 packs Approx 1lb Each
Leg Roast Half - 2 packs Approx 3lbs Each
Shoulder Roast - 2 packs Approx 3lbs Each
